Investment advice
Investment advice is provided on a fee only basis. All commission is refunded to enhance your investment terms. We charge a fee to set up the investments and in relation to any future investments that will be agreed with you in advance.
In addition we charge an on-going annual fee of 1% of the total investments we monitor.
Mortgage advice
A fee of 1% of the total mortgage facility paid on completion of the mortgage. We will also be paid commission from the lender. For example for a £100,000 mortgage the fee would be £1,000.
A fee of £350 per hour will be payable at outset and £350 per hour when you apply for a mortgage. Any fee that we receive from the lender will be refunded to you.
