A fee of 1%* of the total mortgage facility paid on completion of the mortgage. We will also be paid commission from the lender.

A fee of £350 per hour will be payable at outset and £350 per hour when you apply for a mortgage. Any commission or fee that we receive from the lender will be refunded to you.

* A fee of 1.5% of the gross development value, for joint venture or development finance, which are not regulated by the Financial Services Authority. We will also be paid commission from the joint venture partner or development finance lender.
