A fee of 1% of the total mortgage facility paid on completion of the mortgage. We will also be paid commission from the lender. For example for a £500,000 mortgage the fee would be £5,000.

A fee of £350 per hour will be payable at outset and £350 per hour when you apply for a mortgage. Any commission or fee that we receive from the lender will be refunded to you.
